Douyin Local Services Issues Multiple AIGC Creation Guidelines

Recently, Douyin Local Services issued the "Douyin Local Services AIGC Creation Guidelines." The guidelines stipulate that when publishing AI-generated or synthesized content, publishers must actively declare that the content includes generated material. Without legal, explicit, and traceable authorization, it is prohibited to use others' portraits, voices, works, etc., for face-swapping, voice imitation, adaptation, or other AIGC creation activities. Additionally, using unauthorized materials or stolen scripts from others for training or generating content is forbidden. Particularly for key industry categories such as dining, accommodation, tourism, massage and bathing, beauty services, repairs, and housekeeping, when publishing group-buying sales videos, the guidelines explicitly require that no AI-generated content be used in product details, scenes, service processes, or results.
