Selective Insurance Group (NASDAQ: SIGI) celebrated its 100th anniversary during its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, held virtually. Board Chairman John Marchioni highlighted the company's century-long commitment to customers and employees. Stockholders voted on three proposals: the election of 12 directors, approval of executive compensation, and ratification of KPMG LLP as the independent auditor for 2026.
