BeFra Announces a Dividend Payment of $200 Million Mexican Pesos
In Guadalajara, Mexico, Betterware de México, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (NYSE:BWMX) ("BeFra") disclosed that in the recent shareholder meeting on April 30, 2026, approval was granted for the disbursement of a total dividend amounting to MX $200,000,000. This equates to around US $0.3063 per share prior to tax deductions, or roughly US $0.2757 per share post deductions. Shareholders registered as of the mentioned date will receive the dividend scheduled for payment on May 21, 2026.
