Biocure Technology Inc. Announces Adoption of Semi-Annual Reporting

(CSE: CURE) (OTCQB: BICTF) (the “Company” or “Biocure”) announces the adoption of semi-annual financial reporting.This news release is being filed pursuant to Coordinated Blanket Order51 – 933 Exemptions toPermit Semi-Annual Reporting for Certain Venture Issuers (“CBO51-933”).CBO 51-933 allows eligible venture issuers tovoluntarily move from a quarterly to a semi-annual financial reportingframework. Biocure’s fiscal year ends on December 31.
