
Bank of America Settles $2.25 Million Over ATM Fee Dispute
Bank of America has agreed to a $2.25 million settlement to resolve allegations that it charged customers double out-of-network fees for a single balance inquiry at 7-Eleven ATMs. According to NS3.AI, the settlement pertains to customers who used FCTI-operated 7-Eleven ATMs for balance checks between May 1st, 2018, and November 16th, 2021. Affected customers can submit claims by July 29th if they have not received compensation from a separate 2024 FCTI settlement.
