U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Nasdaq futures gaining around 150 points on Wednesday.



Shares of Lowe’s Companies Inc (NYSE:LOW) fell in pre-market trading after the company reported first-quarter financial results.



Lowe’s reported quarterly earnings of $3.03 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $2.97 per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $23.078 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $22.977 billion.



Lowe’s Companies said it sees FY2026 GAAP EPS of $11.75-$12.25, versus market estimates of $12.44.



Lowe’s shares dipped 2.5% to $213.02 in pre-market trading.

<li>Korea Electric Power Corp (NYSE:KEP) declined 5.6% to $12.39 in pre-market trading.</li>



<li>Viavi Solutions Inc (NASDAQ:VIAV) fell 5% to $46.85 in pre-market trading as the company announced pricing of public offering of common stock.</li>



<li>Bilibili Inc – ADR (NASDAQ:BILI) declined 4.8% to $19.04 in pre-market trading. Bilibili reported mixed fiscal first-quarter 2026 results Tuesday.</li>



<li>Relay Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:RLAY) fell 3.8% to $11.61 in pre-market trading after announcing a proposed public offering of common stock.</li>



<li>Woodside Energy Group Ltd – ADR (NYSE:WDS) declined 3.3% to $22.49 in pre-market trading.</li>



<li>Century Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:IPSC) fell 3.3% to $2.05 in pre-market trading after declining 7% on Tuesday.</li>



<li>Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd (NASDAQ:SCZM) declined 3.3% to $7.96 in pre-market trading.</li>



<li>Clover Health Investments Corp (NASDAQ:CLOV) fell 3.1% to $3.39 in pre-market trading.</li>

Other stocks declining included OIO Group (-17.9%), ZTO Express (-7.6%), and Viavi Solutions (-5%) following their respective announcements.
