why it took so long to transfer shares out of my account ?

Poor Customer Services…

A.I. is poor… recorded what I said but not able to translate into written message or not allowed recording exactly what i said…

called direct line but no one picked up my call…

deposited 15000 but only showing 10000 in my account…
