Successful bidders are required to pay the remaining amount and complete the procedures as required, with the transaction subject to the court's ruling, which carries uncertainty. Shares cannot be reduced within six months after the transfer. The shares involved in this transaction are expected not to affect the company's management. If all shares are transferred, New Century Company will still be the controlling shareholder, and Yang Zhimiao will remain the actual controller. The company will disclose updates in a timely manner
