BOE VARITRONIX: Suning appointed as chairman of the board

BOE VARITRONIX announced that Gao Wenbao resigned as executive director and chairman of the board, and Jin Hao resigned as non-executive director, effective from October 10, 2025. Suning was appointed as chairman of the board, Lu Bozhi as executive director, and Liu Jing as non-executive director, all effective from the same date. Mr. Gao will no longer serve as chairman of the nomination committee and investment committee, and as a member of the remuneration committee. Mr. Su was appointed as chairman of the nomination committee and investment committee, and as a member of the remuneration committee, while Gao Yinxin and Mr. Lu were appointed as members of the nomination committee and investment committee, respectively

According to the announcement from BOE VARITRONIX (00710), Mr. Gao Wenbao has resigned as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Jin Hao has resigned as Non-Executive Director, both effective from October 10, 2025.

Mr. Su Ning has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, Mr. Lu Bozhi has been appointed as Executive Director, and Mr. Liu Jing has been appointed as Non-Executive Director, all effective from October 10, 2025.

Mr. Gao will no longer serve as Chairman of the Nomination Committee and Investment Committee and as a member of the Remuneration Committee, effective from October 10, 2025.

Mr. Su has been appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee and Investment Committee and as a member of the Remuneration Committee, Ms. Gao Yinxin has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee, and Mr. Lu has been appointed as a member of the Investment Committee, all effective from October 10, 2025
