The contract amount is 27.7789 million yuan, accounting for 0.88% of the company's audited operating income for 2024. The project is located at the intersection of Qianwan Third Road and Listening Sea Avenue in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, with a total calendar duration of 273 days. The company will provide a full-stack smart space overall solution covering multiple subsystems, including information release and guidance systems, entrance and exit management systems, one-card management systems, parking lot entrance and exit management systems, comprehensive energy management systems, and building equipment and environmental monitoring systems.
