[SINGAPORE] The following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Thursday (Oct 29):

Keppel : The asset manager and operator on Thursday reported a 20 per cent increase in its net profit for the third quarter ended Sep 30, 2026. Excluding its non-core portfolio for divestment and discontinued operations, net profit for “New Keppel” – the term the company uses to refer to its continuing core business – increased by close to 15 per cent year on year for the quarter. The increase in New Keppel’s profit was underpinned by stronger performance in its connectivity segment and steady earnings from its infrastructure segment, said the company. Shares of Keppel ended 0.3 per cent or S$0.03 higher at S$10.13 before the results.

CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT) : Its net property income rose 13.8 per cent to S$334.9 million and revenue grew 15 per cent to S$464.5 million for the third quarter ended September. The manager attributed the increase to contributions from Paragon, which it acquired for S$3.9 billion in July this year; Gallileo, its commercial property in Germany, following asset enhancement works; and its increased stake in CapitaSpring. The counter ended Wednesday 0.4 per cent or S$0.01 lower at S$2.26, before the business update.

Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) : The trust had a flat second quarter, with distribution per unit (DPU) of S$0.01816, up by 0.1 per cent, from S$0.01815 in the year-ago period. Distributable income grew 0.9 per cent to S$93.3 million for the quarter ended Sep 30, 2026, while revenue rose 1.4 per cent to S$180 million over the same period. Net property income rose one per cent to S$154.8 million. The increase was largely driven by contributions from the Mapletree Joo Koon Logistics Hub redevelopment, an acquisition in India, organic growth in Singapore, and currency appreciation of the renminbi and Australian dollar, said the manager. Units of MLT ended Wednesday 0.9 per cent or S$0.01 lower at S$1.07, before the announcement.

Golden Agri-Resources : The palm oil producer reaffirmed its commitment to cooperating fully and transparently with the Singapore authorities over matters related to the Indonesian forest fires and transboundary haze. It issued the statement after a meeting with Singapore government officials over transboundary haze. The group added that it shares the Singapore government’s concern about the impact of fires and transboundary haze and welcomes the opportunity to engage constructively with the relevant authorities and independent assessors. Shares of Golden Agri-Resources ended 1.9 per cent or S$0.005 higher at S$0.275 before the announcement.

Wilmar : The agribusiness posted a net profit of US$281 million for its third quarter ended Sep 30, reversing from a net loss of US$347.7 million in the corresponding year-ago period. Core net profit for the quarter fell 25.2 per cent to US$267.3 million from US$357.2 million, even as revenue grew 13.6 per cent to US$21.7 billion from US$19.1 billion. The group said its food products segment was hit by higher raw material costs, and the feed and industrial products segment, by weaker soybean crushing margins. Separately, the group said the fires in Indonesia and transboundary haze have neither resulted in, nor is expected to result in any material operational, financial, legal or regulatory impact on the company. Wilmar closed S$0.02 or 0.6 per cent higher at S$3.27, before the results.

CDL Hospitality Trusts (CDLHT): The trust posted a 7.1 per cent year-on-year increase in net property income (NPI) to S$36.7 million for the third quarter ended Sep 30, from S$34.3 million a year earlier. Gross revenue rose 4.1 per cent to S$72 million, from S$69.2 million previously, the stapled group said in an operational update on Thursday. The improvement was driven by stronger contributions from its UK, New Zealand, Australian and European properties. Stapled securities of CDLHT closed flat at S$0.70 on Wednesday.
