WYZK announced that on September 10, 2025, the controlling shareholder and actual controller Hou Youfu and Cai Min signed a "Control Transfer Agreement" with Shenzhen Gao Wu Zhuoyue Intelligent Technology Partnership to transfer 167 million shares of the listed company, accounting for 15% of the total share capital of the listed company, through the agreement. The total transfer price for this transaction is RMB 675 million, with a transfer price of approximately RMB 4.03 per share. Upon completion of the transaction, Gao Wu Zhuoyue will become the controlling shareholder of the company, and Yao Xiaochun will become the actual controller of the company
