Union Optech announced that shareholder Wang Yiren will reduce his holdings of the company's shares by 331,600 shares through centralized bidding from March 5, 2025, to March 6, 2025, accounting for 0.12325% of the company's total share capital; and will reduce his holdings by 200,000 shares through centralized bidding on April 1, 2025, accounting for 0.07434% of the company's total share capital. During this reduction plan, a total of 531,600 shares have been reduced, accounting for 0.19758% of the company's total share capital, with 813,600 shares remaining that have not been reduced. Wang Yiren has decided to terminate the above reduction plan early, and the remaining un-reduced shares will not be reduced during this reduction plan period
