Recently, S.P.I Landscape Design, in collaboration with Nanjing Second Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd., won the bid for the general contracting design project of the Bengua No. 7 land development project. The project is located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Bengbu City, Anhui Province, covering an area of approximately 68,000 square meters, of which residential land accounts for about 51,000 square meters, and the entrusted green space and park account for about 17,000 square meters.
