On June 27th, the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau disclosed that it conducted on-site inspections of the fund sales businesses of Jiangyin Rural Commercial Bank, Wuxi Rural Commercial Bank, and Jiangnan Rural Commercial Bank. The inspections revealed issues in system construction, internal control, risk management, and information reporting in the fund sales businesses of the three banks. The Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau required the three banks to rectify the relevant issues and submit a written rectification report within 30 days
