Regarding this "explosion" incident, customer service staff from Gujia Home stated that the business dispute involving the dealer Lin Rongjun falls under individual business risk, and the brand and the dealer are independent legal entities in a cooperative relationship, not a subordinate relationship. Regarding the issue of consumer prepayments, customer service stated that since the contract entity is the dealer, the brand cannot monitor the flow of funds.
