Willfar announced that the company won the bid for the second batch of framework centralized procurement projects of China Southern Power Grid Digital Grid Technology Co., Ltd. with a bid amount of RMB 58.644 million; won the bid for the competitive negotiation procurement project of non-grid scattered materials framework of State Grid Jilin Electric Power Co., Ltd. for 2025 with a bid amount of RMB 34.5391 million; and won the bid for the first public tender procurement project of distribution network materials agreement inventory of State Grid Henan Electric Power Company for 2025 with a bid amount of RMB 16.4482 million. The total bid amount for the above projects is RMB 110 million, accounting for 3.99% of the company's audited total operating income for 2024. The project bids do not affect the company's business independence, and the performance of the contracts is expected to have a positive impact on the company's performance
