(AWS) to modernize its global cloud architecture. This cloud modernization is designed to scale WorkWave’s operations to new levels, supporting large-scale enterprise clients, private equity portfolios, and market consolidators within the field service industry.

As part of this initiative, WorkWave’s next-generation artificial intelligence suite, WAIve^®, will be powered by Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, AWS's platform to build, connect, and optimize production AI agents. WorkWave is currently consolidating its core infrastructure utilizing Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS). By transitioning its prominent RealGreen platform to a cloud-native database model built on AWS, WorkWave is projected to deliver up to three times improvement in platform performance.
