2CRSi has detailed the governance structure of AETHER Infrastructures, the project company leading the AETHER initiative, which is currently a French simplified joint-stock company wholly owned by Holding Alain Wilmouth. For the 2025/26 financial year, 2CRSi billed AETHER Infrastructures €629,760 excluding tax for services, underscoring its operational involvement in the consortium-led project.

The company also reported progress on securing two Strasbourg industrial sites central to the AETHER project, with a binding asset deal for the FR-SXB2 site receiving final seller approval and allowing partial occupancy from 1 October 2026. The site, offering 25 MW of redundant power with scope for expansion, is slated to host AI computing factories, production of 2CRSi Cloud Solutions AI Factory modules and 2CRSi’s metalworking workshop, positioning the consortium to bid for the EU’s newly launched AI Gigafactories tender aimed at boosting Europe’s computing capacity.
