KFC launches "Speedy Takeout 2.0" to create a new smart drive-thru experience
On January 7th, KFC announced an upgrade of its drive-thru service to version 2.0, partnering with Huawei, Nio, Amap, and other ecosystem partners to achieve deep integration between mobile phones and in-car systems. Users can place orders using natural language on their mobile phones or in-car devices, with the system recommending dishes based on order history, estimated driving time, and context, intelligently planning the pick-up route, quickly browsing stores along the way, and initiating orders. This upgrade enhances the efficiency of meal preparation and pick-up coordination, allowing for immediate pick-up and significantly reducing parking and waiting times, providing consumers with a convenient and intelligent driving experience
