Silvia, Inc. Begins Trading on Nasdaq Under New Ticker “SVIA”
In New York, Silvia, Inc. (Nasdaq: SVIA), formerly known as ProCap Financial, Inc., has officially changed its corporate name. The company, the initial publicly traded agentic finance firm, revealed that its new name is now effective. Starting today, its common stock and warrants are trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the updated ticker symbols “SVIA” and “SVIAW” respectively. Previously, these securities were traded under the ticker symbols “BRR” and “BRRWW.” The decision to change the name was first disclosed on September 1.
