Wall Street ended the week in the red as U.S. 10-year Treasury yields jumped nearly 20 basis points to 4.97% and CPI inflation rose 0.4% month-over-month. The S&P 500 Real Estate Index fell 1.10%. Among real estate stocks, CBRE Group (-5.53%) and BXP (-5.17%) were major losers, while Host Hotels & Resorts (+1.14%) and Fermi (+13.17%) gained. Opendoor Technologies dropped 10.86% due to a housing downturn, whereas Centerspace surged 11.26% on merger news.
