[SINGAPORE] The following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Friday (Oct 30):

CapitaLand Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust (Clar) : The trust on Thursday recorded higher rental reversion in the third quarter of 2026 amid its drive to reshape its industrial portfolio. Its rental reversion for Q3 came in at 9.9 per cent, up from 5.2 per cent in Q2, and 7.6 per cent the year before. For the first nine months of 2026, rental reversion was 9 per cent. Portfolio occupancy improved slightly, rising to 90.1 per cent as at Sep 30, up from 89.1 per cent in the preceding quarter. But occupancy was still lower than the 91.3 per cent recorded the year before. Units of CapitaLand Ascendas Reit closed unchanged at S$2.18, before the business update.

Mi Material: The chip materials company posted on Thursday an adjusted profit after tax of US$11.4 million for its third quarter ended Sep 30. This came on the back of US$37.8 million in revenue, representing a 15.6 per cent increase from before. The Singapore-headquartered company attributed the improved profitability to “sustained demand for its semiconductor packaging materials”. Its shares closed at S$1.80 on Thursday, down S$0.02 or 1.1 per cent.

Sheng Siong: The supermarket operator posted a Q3 profit of S$44.6 million, up 1.9 per cent from S$43.7 million the previous year. In a bourse filing on Thursday, the company reported S$441.5 million in revenue, up 6.2 per cent from S$415.5 million before. The group attributed the higher revenue to a rise in total stores in Singapore, as well as improvements in comparable same store sales. Within the city-state, it now has 92 stores, up from 84 stores previously. Sheng Siong shares closed Thursday at S$2.80, down S$0.04 or 1.4 per cent.

Seatrium : The offshore and marine engineering group said on Friday that it secured a contract worth more than S$200 million from SBM Offshore to carry out integration works on a floating production, storage and offloading vessel for offshore developments in South America. Work is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026 and be completed in 2029. Shares of Seatrium closed S$0.01 or 0.6 per cent higher at S$1.84 on Thursday.

Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (MPACT) : Its distribution per unit fell 3.5 per cent to S$0.0194 for the second quarter ended September, from S$0.0201 a year earlier. This was mainly due to weaker contributions from its overseas properties, particularly in Japan, China and Hong Kong, as well as the absence of income from assets divested in the previous financial year, said the manager. The decline was partially offset by stronger performance at VivoCity mall, following its basement two revamp, and lower financial expenses. Units of MPACT ended Thursday 0.9 per cent or S$0.01 lower at S$1.13.

Netlink NBN Trust : The mainboard-listed trust reported on Thursday distribution per unit of S$0.0274 for its first half ended Sep 30, some 1.1 per cent higher than the corresponding period the year before. The increased distribution attributable to its unitholders came despite a 2.2 per cent drop in revenue, which came in at S$202.6 million for the half-year, compared with S$207.1 million in the year-ago period. The distribution will be paid to unitholders on Nov 24. The counter ended Thursday flat at S$0.93 before the announcement.

Starhill Global Reit : The manager reported a 2.3 per cent rise in the Reit’s net property income to S$38.8 million for the first quarter of 2027. In a Thursday bourse filing, the Reit manager also recorded a 1.2 per cent increase in revenue to S$48.9 million, from S$48.3 million in the previous corresponding period. The Reit’s improved performance was mainly driven by stronger contributions from its Singapore retail and Australia properties. Units of Starhill Global Reit closed unchanged at S$0.495 on Thursday.

Wilmar : The agribusiness group said on Thursday that it will voluntarily engage, at its own cost, an investigations firm and a law firm from the Government’s panel of assessors to examine whether it has any involvement in or connection with the Indonesian fires contributing to transboundary haze. Wilmar said it will give the assessors access to relevant documents, personnel and sites, and is ready to begin the inquiry once the National Environment Agency (NEA) issues its directions. Shares of Wilmar closed S$0.16 or 4.9 per cent lower at S$3.11 on Thursday, before the announcement.

Golden Agri-Resources : The palm oil producer said on Thursday that its Singapore subsidiary received a notice from the National Environment Agency seeking information relating to the transboundary haze. Its Indonesian-listed subsidiary also received queries from the Indonesia Stock Exchange over forest and land fires. The group said it had not identified any material impact from the fires and haze. Shares of Golden Agri-Resources closed S$0.005 or 1.8 per cent higher at S$0.28 on Thursday.
