According to the announcement from Binance, the platform will support cash dividend distribution for Broadcom (AVGO), Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ), Meta (META), and Seagate (STX) through the bStocks tokens AVGOB, QQQB, METAB, and STXB. The net cash dividend, after applicable withholding taxes, fees, costs, and other deductions, will be reinvested into additional units or fractions of the same underlying security. Eligible users will receive the dividend in the form of AVGOB, QQQB, METAB, and STXB bStocks, while on-chain holders of these tokens will receive the dividend through a multiplier adjustment. Trading of AVGOB/USDT, QQQB/USDT, METAB/USDT, and STXB/USDT will not be affected. For AVGOB, QQQB, and METAB, the token conversion service for 1:1 swaps between AVGO/AVGOB, QQQ/QQQB, and META/METAB will be suspended at 2026-09-18 23:30 (UTC), and deposits and withdrawals of these tokens will be suspended at 2026-09-20 23:30 (UTC). Users with holdings on the record date snapshot at 2026-09-21 00:00 (UTC) will be eligible for the distribution. For STXB, the token conversion service for 1:1 swaps between STX stock and STXB bStocks will be suspended at 2026-09-23 23:30 (UTC), and deposits and withdrawals of STX will be suspended at the same time. Users with STXB holdings on the record date snapshot at 2026-09-24 00:00 (UTC) will be eligible for the dividend distribution. Binance said deposits, withdrawals, and token conversion services for AVGOB, QQQB, METAB, and STXB will resume when the distribution is completed, and no further announcement will be posted. The company added that dividends earned from assets held in other accounts, including Savings Account and Margin Account, will be credited to the Spot Account. Binance will handle the technical requirements for users involved in the event, and reinvestment and distribution will occur after deduction of withholding tax. Binance Convert will pause the conversion of AVGOB, QQQB, and METAB and all associated pairs at 2026-09-20 23:30 (UTC), while conversion of STXB and all associated pairs will pause at 2026-09-23 23:30 (UTC).
