Chip stocks are selling off even after strong results from Taiwan’s top foundry. To me, this looks more like short-term fear than a real change in the AI cycle.
Demand for advanced AI chips is still strong, and production capacity remains tight. NVDA is still in a strong position to benefit from the ongoing infrastructure buildout.
I see this as volatility, not a trend reversal. As long as the data and demand remain intact, I’m staying positioned and ignoring the noise.
