Nothing surprises me nowadays as that is the nature of the stock markets. Volatility is the order of the day. Do not invest based on headlines but on strong fundamentals. Patience is a virtue so just stay invested.

All eyes are on Apple this week ever since their tie-up with Google Gemini. Apple's share price has been rising and I hope it will go up to $277! Apple maybe late to the party but better late than never!
I've already positioned myself for Fed cuts last year and hope for more interest rate cuts this year! I've bought into SG Reits and see myself as a dividend investor. The more dividends, the merrier! Reits thrive in a low interest rate environment. I plan to stay invested in SG Reits and hold for the long term. Cheers!
I don't invest in cryptocurrencies and never will because I don't understand how it works. To me, it's a very volatile, risky and unregulated trade. A wise man once said, "Don't invest in what you don't understand..". We will only end up getting our fingers burned! The word "crypto" starts with the letters "cry..". Crypto investments will only make us CRY, hahaha! I rather trade in something that I understand & sleep well every night.
I'm excited by the upcoming Nvidia China deals next year. Even though Nvidia's Blackwell chips are not allowed to be sold to China, any deal is still better than no deal as China is a huge market.
Yes, I agree with the comments on Nvidia by @AetherCore. Nvidia has been quietly strategising and entering alliances with companies like Groq, OpenAI, Anthropic, Intel & Nokia. Nvidia is a $5 trillion company and its huge cash resources is its weapon. Hold the shares and do not sell.
Federal Reserve. Trump has an ulterior motive in wanting to control the Fed Reserve by planting proxies here and there. Too much interference from a US president! I feel the Fed Reserve should be independent & steer away from politics lest people will question the integrity of its decision making!
