Distinct Healthcare staged a single-session rally in the morning session, touching HKD 24.48 as of 11:03 BJ, up 5.61% from the previous close of HKD 23.18 and above the open of HKD 24.00. The intraday range spanned from a low of HKD 23.18 to a high of HKD 24.48, forming a clear upward trajectory. The move was driven by the company's robust fundamental performance: Q2 2026 revenue rose 23.39% YoY to HKD 343.9 million, net profit increased 17.4% to HKD 49.7 million, operating income surged 1,673.57% YoY, and EPS jumped 6,325.54% to HKD 0.1677. Despite the strong earnings momentum post-listing on Feb 6, the stock remains deeply oversold, with a YTD loss of 63.95% and a 73.05% discount from its 52-week high of HKD 90.85. The current price of HKD 24.48 sits slightly above its 20-day MA of HKD 23.83 but below the 60-day MA of HKD 25.56, indicating nascent buying pressure facing resistance from the longer-term trend. However, the stock's valuation remains modest at a PE of 9.55x and PB of 1.57x, leaving the market's interpretation of its growth trajectory divided.
Distinct Healthcare tumbled in afternoon trading, closing at HKD 20.6, down 12.86% from yesterday's close of HKD 23.64, with an intraday range of 23.64-24.2 (morning high) to 21.0 (afternoon low), a swing of 17.4%. The stock briefly hit HKD 24.2 at open before reversing sharply, diving to HKD 21 in the afternoon session, nearly erasing post-IPO gains. No material negative news emerged, but turnover was a mere HKD 94,490 with a 0.01% turnover rate, amplifying volatility. The company reported Q2 FY2026 revenue of HKD 343.9M (+23.39% YoY), net profit of HKD 49.7M (+17.4% YoY), and EPS of HKD 0.1677 (+6325.54% YoY), with a net margin of 14.45%. However, the stock has shed 77.33% from its 52-week high of HKD 90.85, now trading 3% above the 52-week low of HKD 20.0, and well below both its 20-day MA (HKD 23.56) and 60-day MA (HKD 25.49). Despite a low PE of 8.03x and PB of 1.32x, market sentiment toward this newly-listed small-cap healthcare services provider remains tepid.
Zhuozheng Medical surged at the morning session open, climbing from 24.62 HKD to 26.00 HKD, gaining 5.60%, driven by robust interim results and insider share purchases. Q2 2026 revenue grew 23.39% YoY to 343.9 million HKD, net profit rose 17.4% to 49.7 million HKD, and EPS soared 6325.54% YoY, signaling sharp profitability improvement. The stock trades 71.38% below its 52-week high of 90.85 HKD and below the 60-day MA of 25.59 HKD, suggesting recovery potential yet still under technical resistance; however, YTD decline of 61.71% leaves valuations modest at PE 10.14x and PB 1.66x, creating a contrast between strong fundamentals and weak price action.
Distinct Healthcare opened higher and gained steadily, closing at HKD 25.840, up 5.04% from the previous close of HKD 24.600. The rally was driven by strong interim results: Q2 revenue rose 23.39% YoY to HKD 343.9 million, net profit increased 17.4% to HKD 49.7 million, and EPS surged 6325.54% to HKD 0.1677, with net profit margin reaching 14.45%. Recent shareholder share purchases and modernization of governance for hybrid meetings also boosted sentiment. However, the stock remains 71.56% below its 52-week high of HKD 90.85, down 61.94% YTD, and trades below its 60-day moving average of HKD 25.485, indicating a long path to recovery.
Zhognhe Medical opened low and climbed high during the morning session, rising from HKD 25.5 to HKD 27.6, driven by strong interim results and shareholder increases. Q2 operating revenue reached HKD 343.9 million, up 23.39% YoY, net profit was HKD 49.7 million, up 17.4% YoY, and EPS of HKD 0.1677 surged 6325.54% YoY, while operating profit soared 1673.57% YoY. The current price of HKD 27.6 is still 69.62% below the 52-week high of HKD 90.85 and below the MA60 of HKD 25.401, but has risen above the MA20 of HKD 23.803; the YTD decline stands at 59.35%. However, the PE of 10.76x and PB of 1.77x, with a market cap of approximately HKD 1.78 billion, suggest the post-IPO correction from the first trading day's peak may not be fully absorbed.

Nothing attracts me except, the fall in cryptocurrencies. I didn’t expect such a huge drop. Warren Buffett is probably sleeping soundly lately🤣🤣🤣. He is always a wise man.

Time is needed for precious metals to find a bottoming range for this early fourth wave. The parabolic third wave that follows market uncertainty is done IMO. Market is sorting itself out and deciding. Hence the sell off in risk on also. If capital flows back to risk on, it indicates confidence in economy and growth. If market continues selling off, recessionary fears are on the table. Stay safe!
