$BitMine Immersion Tech(BMNR.US) announced 4.875 million ETH (~4.04% of ~120.7 million total supply) as of April 12.
Combined crypto + cash + moonshots totaled $11.8 billion (ETH valued at ~$2,206/ETH, plus 198 BTC, $719 million cash, and stakes in Beast Industries/Eightco Holdings).
This reflected continued weekly accumulation and staking progress.

@Miracle Trader cola Yesterday $Eightco(ORBS.US) announced major changes. The company received a $125m investment led by a consortium formed by BMNR, with BMNR investing $75m, ARK investing $25m, and Payward, the parent company of crypto exchange Kraken, investing $25m.
Simultaneously, the company invested $50m externally into OpenAI and $25m into MrBeast.
In terms of management, former board chairman Dan Ives stepped down, and Tom Lee and an ARK executive joined the board. ORBS is a DAT company built on the underlying asset of Wordcoin, founded by Sam Altman, primarily addressing the verification needs to distinguish between humans and Agents as Agents become widespread.
With these changes, a relatively expansive blueprint has been drawn: OpenAI enters Agent Commerce, Worldcoin completes real human identity verification, MrBeast reaches and acquires young users, and Kraken participates in trading infrastructure, with all of the above to be completed on ETH.
At the same time, through this investment, both BMNR and ARK gained investment exposure to OpenAI (the $50m investment in OpenAI seems more like a front for the two).

Sam Altman created Worldcoin based on ETH, ensuring that Agents are linked to real people through iris scanning. This is also an issue that Agent Commerce will encounter, i.e., Agents need to be verifiable and traceable. $Eightco(ORBS.US) is the DAT company that uses Worldcoin as its underlying asset, and this is also the first investment in BMNR's moonshot.
