➤ 𝐎𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐬 agreed to acquire 𝐂𝐲𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐡𝐚𝐰𝐤 in a transaction valued at 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐱. $𝟏𝟐𝟓 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧.
