Dollar Index Briefly Rises Slightly After U.S. March Retail Sales Data Release

The dollar index rose slightly in the short term, now trading at 98.25. U.S. stock futures showed little volatility, with Nasdaq-100 index futures holding a gain of about 0.4%. The yield on the U.S. 10-year Treasury bond rose briefly, now at 4.273%. Spot gold dipped slightly in the short term, now at $4,777.09 per ounce.
