I’m not looking for quick gains—I’m focused on owning quality businesses, staying patient, and letting long-term compounding work in my favor.

Every portfolio needs companies you can hold with peace of mind, and PropNex is one of mine. I like owning businesses that are easy to understand and have a clear role in Singapore’s economy. I’ll continue accumulating when the opportunity comes and let compounding do the heavy lifting.

Another long-term holding in my portfolio is Keppel DC REIT.

As demand for cloud computing, AI, and digital infrastructure continues to grow, data centres have become an increasingly important part of the global economy. While markets will always experience ups and downs, I believe quality assets with strong long-term fundamentals deserve a place in a diversified portfolio.

I’m not trying to time the market perfectly. Instead, I’m focused on accumulating quality businesses and income-generating assets over time, allowing compounding to do its work.

Despite property market cycles, PropNex has built a leading brand with a large network of agents and multiple revenue streams across residential and commercial segments.

I also appreciate that management has maintained a shareholder-friendly approach through regular dividend distributions while continuing to grow the business.
