been holding nflx since it dropped under the highs and today didnt really change my plan. the ad number getting cut stung a bit but eps was solid and subs still growing. ives going negative on it is the kind of thing that makes me want to add, not sell. if it gaps down tmr i take a bit more. still think the 2027 ad story is there.

What the JPMorgan flip actually means for Intel
The bear-to-neutral move from JPMorgan matters less for the rating itself and more for what it signals: even the skeptics are done pressing the short case into earnings. Intel is not fixed, foundry still loses money and 18A has to prove it can win outside customers, not just internal volume. But the cheaper-AI Crescent Island angle gives it a story it did not have a year ago, and the risk-reward into the 29th looks more balanced than the tape suggests. I am keeping a small starter and will size up only if gross margin and foundry losses actually inflect. This is a show-me quarter, not a hero trade.
the SanDisk print is a good lesson. revenue 8.965b up 372%, adjusted EPS 39.25 vs 34.45 expected, gross margin 84.6%, plus a fresh 14b buyback, and it still sold off because next quarter guidance came in at 103 to 108 and pricing did about two thirds of the sequential jump. beat the past, guide the future, market only pays for one of them.
genuine question for anyone who follows nand properly. if samsung has 60 to 70 percent of its memory sales under contracts that cap quarterly price falls at 5%, and spot is already turning up into q4, why is the whole complex trading like pricing is collapsing? asking because i cannot decide whether to add or cut before thursday
