<p>UI Boustead Real Estate Investment Trust (Reit) has partnered with Fraxtor Group to develop two logistics facilities in Japan, with total costs around 10.3 billion yen (S$84.1 million). UI Boustead Reit will invest approximately 2.5 billion yen and hold a 24.26% interest in the project, expected to be completed by Q2 2027. This marks the Reit's first investment post-IPO in March 2026, aiming to enhance its portfolio and capture demand in Konan City. The project is projected to yield about 4.8% on cost, increasing assets under management to S$1.93 billion.</p>
