This chipset utilizes NFC technology, allowing for efficient power transfer in a small form factor of 2.28 x 2.56 x 0.48mm. It achieves a maximum power transfer efficiency of 45% at 250mW and is already in mass production, with applications in devices such as the SOXAI RING 2. The chipset is compliant with NFC Forum standards, enhancing its compatibility within the wireless power ecosystem.

Denso has withdrawn its $8.3 billion buyout offer for chipmaker Rohm after failing to gain the company's support. CEO Shinnosuke Hayashi stated that further talks would not enhance value for both parties. Denso, a major supplier to Toyota, will focus on technology cooperation instead. The company also forecasted a nearly 10% drop in operating profit for the current financial year, expecting 500 billion yen ($3.13 billion) in profit, down from 552.5 billion yen the previous year. Denso's shares fell 3.3%, while Rohm's shares rose 0.6%.
