I’m not rushing to make a directional bet before CPI. Higher uncertainty usually means higher option premiums, so I’d rather focus on risk-defined strategies or cash-secured puts on quality assets at prices I’m happy to own. The CPI report should provide more clarity than a single hawkish comment. Patience and disciplined position sizing matter more than trying to predict one economic release.
