The company operates through two segments, Chartering; and Shipbuilding, Ship Repairs and Maintenance. It offers shipyard services, including design, construction, repair, and maintenance of high-speed aluminum vessels. The company also owns and operates a fleet of Flex crewboats comprising the Flex-40 series and Flex-42 series; electric ferries and rapid DC shore chargers; and pilot boats, line boats, mooring tugs, and landing craft.
