City Developments Limited (CDL) announced that Kwek Leng Peck will become vice-chairman and non-executive director on June 1, rejoining after resigning in October 2020. CDL shares fell 0.25% to S$7.84. Lendlease Global Commercial Reit reported a 12.2% retail rental reversion for Q3 2026 and completed a 30% stake acquisition in PLQ Mall. Its units remained unchanged at S$0.57.

Kwek Leng Peck, former non-executive director of City Developments Ltd (CDL), is rejoining the board nearly six years after resigning due to disagreements over investments and management. Additionally, non-executive director Daniel Marie Ghislain Desbaillets will step down from his position on May 31.

The loan aims to enhance climate resilience through various sustainability targets. CDL has raised over S$11 billion in sustainable financing since 2017 to support its net-zero goals. This marks the second partnership between CDL and DBS for sustainability-linked financing.
