Vietnam Container Shipping JSC (Viconship) has acquired a 65% stake in Harbour City Company Limited for approximately VNĐ914 billion (US$34.7 million). This acquisition makes VSC the controlling shareholder, responsible for developing a 6,000-square-metre real estate project in Hải Phòng. Harbour City, established in May 2025, has seen rapid capital growth, increasing its charter capital significantly within months. Viconship's CEO, Tạ Công Thông, will represent the company's interest in Harbour City, with the acquisition approved by Viconship's board in July 2025.

Thien Viet Securities JSC (TVS) has invested $4 million in Dat Bike, a Vietnamese electric motorcycle manufacturer, as part of its Series B funding round, raising the total capital to $51 million. The funds will enhance production capacity, supply chain, distribution, and R&D. TVS will also provide advisory support to improve governance and growth potential. Dat Bike aims to replace gasoline motorcycles in Vietnam and plans to expand its dealership network to 100 locations this year. Previously, Dat Bike raised $22 million in a funding round co-led by F.C.C. and Rebright Partners.
