Keppel has signed a 25-year lease agreement with a global telco for a fibre pair on the Bifrost Cable System, which connects Singapore to the US. Keppel DC REIT has secured a 10-year lease extension for $350 million for KDC Singapore 7 and KDC Singapore 8, increasing the weighted average land lease expiry to 25 years.
