$NVIDIA(NVDA.US) disclosed it owns 9.3% beneficial ownership of Nebius via SEC filings.Not exactly too new since it dates back to Nvidia’s existing share position of 1.19M shares + $2B prefunded warrant of ~21M shares.But great for sentiment having Nvidia be a large shareholder of the Neocloud leader.
