I noticed SREITs were falling in price today, and I started thinking that the pullback could present a good opportunity to add at a lower price. I didn’t want to overthink the short-term movement, especially if the underlying fundamentals remain solid.

My trade: I added to my SREITs position today because I saw the price falling and wanted to take advantage of the lower entry price. The goal was to build my position gradually rather than trying to time the exact bottom.

Tonight’s Jackson Hole keynote is the first big event I’m watching, especially for any clues on the Fed’s direction and how markets may react. Then there’s Apple’s CEO transition on 1 September, followed by the Apple event on 10 September, where expectations around a foldable iPhone could create additional volatility in Apple and related names. I would say the stock price might drop around -2%, since most of the Ai related share drops when they release their earning report. Most of the retail investors are driven by emotions, whenever the earnings aren't super over expectations, people gonna think its an Ai bubble. But for the long term I would say that Nvidia definitely is a good business that we need everyday
