$Suntec Reit(T82U.SG)I was expecting this to go down further today to $1.39-1.40 which has been quite a strong support level and would be a good price to add to my positions but it made a nice recovery to S$1.45. Looks like the market is reacting to the news of Trump calling off the strike on Iran.

$IFAST(AIY.SG)Another dividend of $0.025 is going ex-dividend on 26 May 2026. The first EQDP fund, Fullerton Singapore Value-Up, has this stock in its holdings. I hope more EQDP funds will take an interest in this counter and push up the price to a level that reflects its good financial results.

I am still riding the AI parabola but I will be wary of adding more at this point as the risk is higher of being trapped at or near the peak.

I have a few Singapore semiconductor stocks but the price has also retreated quite a bit, following the US market. I hope I don’t regret not taking profits yesterday.

I am still bullish about banks. The 3 local banks have strong balance sheets and are reliable payers of dividends.

While higher interest rates are usually good for banks, stagflation is a different story. Stagflation is inflation occurring at the same time as rising unemployment and a slowdown in the economy.

I’m  not confident the acquisition of Paragon is good for CICT as that mall doesn’t get a lot of shoppers.
