We see equities pushing to new highs once Mideast tensions ease, oil retreats, and softer jobs data boosts Fed rate cut odds, with 2026 S&P EPS at $310 implying a reasonable ~22.2x P/E =4.5% earnings yield vs 10y treasury yields of 4.1%, in line with non-recessionary history.
