One of my long-term holdings is PropNex. I like the company because it’s a leader in Singapore’s property market, has a solid business, and pays decent dividends. Another long-term holding in my portfolio is Keppel DC REIT.
As demand for cloud computing, AI, and digital infrastructure continues to grow, data centres have become an increasingly important part of the global economy. While markets will always experience ups and downs, I believe quality assets with strong long-term fundamentals deserve a place in a diversified portfolio.
I’m not trying to time the market perfectly. Instead, I’m focused on accumulating quality businesses and income-generating assets over time, allowing compounding to do its work.

One of my holdings is PropNex, and what I appreciate most is its ability to generate strong cash flow and consistently return value to shareholders through dividends.
The company has established itself as a leading player in Singapore’s real estate market, backed by a strong brand and extensive agent network. While property cycles come and go, quality businesses tend to endure.
NVIDIA
Beyond its strong technology leadership, NVIDIA has consistently demonstrated an ability to innovate and stay ahead of industry trends. Its expanding presence in AI, enterprise computing, robotics, and next-generation data centres positions the company well for long-term growth.
While market volatility is always part of investing, I remain confident in the long-term potential of AI and NVIDIA’s role in enabling that future.

What attracted me to the company is its strong position in Singapore’s real estate market, asset-light business model, and consistent dividend track record. Despite property market cycles, PropNex has built a leading brand with a large network of agents and multiple revenue streams across residential and commercial segments.
I also appreciate that management has maintained a shareholder-friendly approach through regular dividend distributions while continuing to grow the business.
