Another long-term holding in my portfolio is Keppel DC REIT.
As demand for cloud computing, AI, and digital infrastructure continues to grow, data centres have become an increasingly important part of the global economy. While markets will always experience ups and downs, I believe quality assets with strong long-term fundamentals deserve a place in a diversified portfolio.
I’m not trying to time the market perfectly. Instead, I’m focused on accumulating quality businesses and income-generating assets over time, allowing compounding to do its work.
