I agree. The CFA REITs ETF is a well-diversified REIT ETF. It is also the only REIT ETF approved by the CPF Board and offers a yield of over 5% 😁.

In the moment of uncertainty, we can look into the Singapore market $Amova-StraitsTrdg Asia REIT(CFA.SG)to diversify into other REIT market. Most retails investors are quite heavy in tech and US market which might make the investment too much exposure into a certain market or sector. Combine about 20 to 30 % of the portfolio into the Singapore and Asia REIT market will help to reduce dependence on just a sector. This position can help retails investors create a well balance portfolio which everyone holding it can sleep well at night.
