This marks the highest number of units sold at a private residential launch in 2026. Purchased for S$8.8 million in February 2017, the sale price reflects S$2,976 per square foot. The annualized profit over nine years is 5.3%, with a total gross gain of approximately 59%.

New home sales jump five-fold in March as launches return post-CNY lull

In March, Singapore developers sold 1,300 private homes, a 78.3% increase from 729 units a year prior, marking a rebound after a slow start to the year. The Urban Redevelopment Authority reported that sales were more than five times the 246 units sold in February. Notable projects like River Modern and Rivelle Tampines EC saw over 90% of units sold during their launches. However, first-quarter sales were down 31.6% from the previous quarter and 40.4% year-on-year, with a significant rise in ECs sold for over $2 million.
