Stock remains beaten down due to capex concerns. However, capex is paid mostly by customer pockets. The revenue is also growing. Why should they be punished for tight cash flow when the business model is not broken?

While everyone else was focused on South Korea crash & buying the dips on memory stocks, I am paying attention to our local market. With the reduced board lot size introduced in October, many are pushing bank stocks higher before taking profit later on. I'm not 100% sure that a healthy pullback is on the cards anytime soon, but I'm certainly not rushing in as well. I'm buying these bank stocks for my dividend portfolio, not trading, hence the patience and not trying to fomo in to lock in more profits.

Seems like Fraser Centerpoint Trust prefers assets in the north-east sector of the island like this Bayshore one. So far, they haven't have foothold to the south-western sector like clementi-jurong east/west-Bukit Batok-Tengah-CCK-Bukit Panjang. Hopefully they would acquire something when the greater southern waterfront district lands.

The company has a $638 billion remaining performance obligation, which represents the contracted future revenue its customers have committed to. For FY2027, Oracle is guiding for $90 billion in revenue, which is significantly higher than FY2026 $67 billion. However, many investors are also worried about the massive backlog. Half of the backlog comes from a single customer - OpenAI. That company recently delayed its IPO, which added to major concerns about its ability to meet its obligations. $Oracle(ORCL.US) near 124, a 52-week low, down about 33% on the month on AI-spend-return worries. and today's TSMC capex scare is the exact same anxiety, the market suddenly cares whether all this AI investment pays off. Oracle's cloud revenue was up 47% so the growth is real, but the multiple compression is brutal. i'm watching, not catching, because a stock making new lows on a sector-wide fear can keep making them. no knife-catching.
