The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) of Singapore has announced the sale of two prime residential sites in the Core Central Region: one at Peck Hay Road, expected to yield 315 units, and another at River Valley Green, anticipated to provide 470 homes. These sites are part of the confirmed list for the first-half 2026 government land sales program. The Peck Hay Road site spans 5,513.5 sq m, while the River Valley Green site covers 11,516 sq m. Condo prices fell by 0.1% quarter on quarter in Q4 2025, driven by a surplus of vacant units impacting rents, according to a Savills report. Rental prices dropped significantly in the Outside Central Region (OCR) by 2.0% QoQ, ending a three-quarter growth streak, while rents across all unit types decreased between 1.6% and 6.3%.
