Western Digital rode that wave hard, then joined the July cooloff with the rest of the hardware names. If you’re in it, trail it.If you’re late, wait for the market to offer a better price than pride. We need some cooling off in these names.

$DRAM is still an interesting short setup. Some names like $Micron Tech(MU.US), $Western Digital(WDC.US) while backtesting is holding this up, once this trend-line gives up I think we will see a good roll on the rock.

everyone talking micron and hynix but tsmc is the source of this whole move. the 2027 wafer price hike report is what lit the fuse, up to 10% on advanced nodes. tsm only +3% today which feels light given they set off the rally. adding on this one

careful chasing MU up here. +12% in one session back above 1T is a monster move but memory is the most cyclical thing on the market. i want to see the sk hynix print on the 29th before i add anything. holding what i have, not buying at these levels

dram etf is the lazy way to play the memory bounce and it worked great today. instead of picking mu vs sndk vs hynix i just own the basket and skip the single stock risk. up nicely and letting it ride while the supercycle talk is back on
